Audits and Assessments
A compliance audit or a health and safety audit is a comprehensive review of adherence to regulatory standards. Not only can an audit expose areas of non-compliance but can also evaluate the strength and thoroughness of the current safety culture.
Voluntary Protection Program (VPP)
VPP is an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) initiative that encourages private industry and federal agencies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses through hazard prevention and control, worksite analysis, training, and cooperation between management and workers. We offer assistance in the required application process and preparation for the rigorous onsite evaluation and ongoing efforts required to remain in the program.
Medical Surveillance Determination
A medical program is essential to assess and monitor workers' health and fitness both prior to employment and during the course of work, to provide emergency and other treatment as needed, and to keep accurate records for future reference. In addition, certain OSHA standards include specific medical requirements, such as for respiratory protection and specific substances such as chrome VI, beryllium, and silica.
It is important to keep records of accidents and incidents in the work place in order to fulfill the legal requirements to do so. It is just as important to analyze these records in order to determine the effectiveness of safety policies in place, how much the accident/incident cost the organization, and to determine why it happened and how to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Documents and Recordkeeping
OSHA has specific requirements on documentation and recordkeeping. We can assist you with all necessary documents and ensure that your records are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
Job Hazard Analysis/Job Safety Analysis
JHA or JSA is a preventative analysis used to spot the dangers of a specific work task or job site. The purpose of the analysis is to prevent worker injury by focusing on the relationship of the worker and the work environment and the potential hazards the worker may face.
Confined Space Entry/Rescue
We offer onsite evaluation of the Confined Space and associated hazards. OSHA requires the availability of rescue and emergency services for any Permit Required Confined Space. We can help you develop and implement a rescue plan for either non-entry or entry rescue. We provide the support needed for rescue operations with experienced and trained professionals, including the required certified CPR/First Aid responder, and necessary equipment. We also provide Confined Space Entry/Rescue training.

Safety Programs & Procedures
We develop written safety procedures that are customized to reflect how each business owner has implemented each specific aspect of their safety program. When we develop a program for you, whether a single subject or a complete safety and health management system and training package, the program will be specific to your needs that meet applicable regulations and eliminate compliance gaps.
Safety procedures are written to include scope, purpose, operating procedures, training, roles and responsibilities, documentation requirements and more. Safety procedures focus on a particular function or task and are the foundation of an effective safety program. Listed below are some of the safety programs and procedures that we will customize for you.
